i have been using Northern Bank with my husband since 2014 for loans and savings. Since my husband passed away in 2023 I transferred his account into my name and have received brilliant service. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Fantastic community bank

Very easy to understand. Accounts and loans are so easy to apply for either online or in my local branch. Staff are always very helpful in my local branch. I’ve saved and also had loans with them. Always looking after the community. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

The Difference.

I like the division between long-term savings and instant access savings. However not very clear on how I add to my long term savings. I find the community bank so convenient and user friendly with help always on hand. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Great to have a local bank on the High Street.

Great to have a local bank on the High Street. Freindly welcoming staff who are very helpful. Online banking is simple and easy to use. Great service and great choice of saving accounts

Have 3 different savings accounts which I find really good. They were easy to open on the app. I gave one standing order which gets divided among the 3 accounts. Its good to know that should I need a loan at any time I could apply and save stthe same time. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
