Quick and secure. Rates are not bad, i suppose depending on your credit score. Allows to extend payment date. Most thing i like is that you can choose how to apply extra payment. Plata allows you to choose 3 options how it's going to be used on your loan: by reducing loan term, use it for future payments or partially settle reducing instalment. I think it's quite handy. Overall my experience was good, nothing to complain about, easy to apply, quite quick, user friendly interface, easy to navigate. I've been an exciting customer for over a year and never had to contact customer service about anything - which proofs again, the quality and simplicity of provided services. Good to sort out the loan, but not to re-loan.

When I took out the loan, it was quick, easy and hasslefree. However, when I was just to check if I can refinance the loan, the rates were really bad. So I will look around before make any decision. Reviewed on: 25th April 2024

The loan application process was quick and thorough.

The loan application process was quick and thorough. I had a helpful conversation with a Plata advisor to confirm why I required the loan and if it was affordable, prior to acceptance. Once everything was covered, I received the funds within few hours. They also text and email each month prior to payments which shows good responsible lending. Reviewed on: 25th April 2024

From the start it was a very easy process. The only issue was adding a barclays account, as it would not accept this. One verified it was easy and the money arrived quickly. The payment is taken the same time every month no matter the day which is a bonus and very good so that you can keep track. Reviewed on: 25th April 2024
