Ever since joining as a member they have worked endlessly to make sure every loan is the right one for me and have taken the time to understand personal circumstances. Which is greatly appreciated. As a small business they accomplish great things daily! Lovely; genuine and inquisitive staff, who always make the effort. It doesn't go unnoticed! Excellence and Empathy

I never leave reviews or feedback except I have been treated exceptionally well. I have had to be open about some personal and health troubles to this union; and honestly as a private person I know how that made me feel. The beautiful thing was I could feel the empathy and sincere care when speaking to me based on details I have shared. I wish I could say I’ve spoken to just one person that was awesome; but no, they have ALL been amazing. Exceptionally professional yet very passionate and caring. It’s like at that moment what I needed was not important but they just wanted to give me space to just speak. They always wish me well. With regards to securing loans, it has been the easiest thing in the world:. They do their thorough due diligence and then help. It has been amazing being able to save with them as well.
