I have had good and bad experiences over the years there was a time when I called up to help a customer and the phone was not muted so I heard the staff not talking very nicely about the member which was very inkind I all have had problem with the banking system I have met some lovely staff on the way then some very abrupt as the other day I was asking what did I want in the app Reviewed on: 5th July 2025
