Proud to support my community credit union

Saving with South Manchester Credit Union helps my community. I love knowing that my savings are secure and well looked after, it gives me peace of mind. The fact that they are being used to lend to others in my area makes me proud! The team at SMCU are always helpful and quick to respond via their app or the phone; they are a wonderful bunch and doing amazing work. I’ve been saving and borrowing with South Manchester for over 30 years. I used to borrow more often at the start because I was poorer, but nowadays I mostly save, in the knowledge that I could easily borrow when I need to on very reasonable terms. Reviewed on: 7th May 2025
