Acorn community bank has been a god send for me and other people out there who have an account with a trustworthy credit union who help you save money as well as also borrowing money in a affordable way to which you aren’t missing any payments your payments are always on track, you always receive your money when you are expecting it, they are always at hand when you need to discuss anything with them. I would always highly recommend them as they have always been wonderful when I need them as well as building my savings cash pot for a rainy day, christmases, birthdays etc. an advisor is always to hand when you need to speak to somebody wether it’s via email or on the telephone. SINCE SAVING WITH CREDIT UNION /ACORN COMMUNITY BANK 21 +YEARS IVE RECEIVED NOTHING BUT THE BEST OF SERVICE FROM THEM .POLITE UNDERSTANDING HELPFUL IN EVERY CIRCUMSTANCE WHEN IVE NEED A LOAN.. THE LAST WAS SOMETHING NOT EXPECTED DUE TO THE LOSS OF MY DAUGHTER AND HAVING TO PAY FUNERAL EXPEDIENCES . IT WAS ALL SORTED OUT VERY QUICKLY AND THE REPAYMENT WHERE MADE EASILY AFFORDABLE.FOR ME,. I'VE CONTINUE TO SAVE AT A SMALLER AMOUNT THAN USUAL WHILE PAYING BACK MY LOAN. THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING MY LIFE A LITTLE EASIER AT A REALLY TOUGH TIME.. I have been with them for a very long time.

I have been with them for a very long time. Since they were called Swindon and Wiltshire savings and loan. These period, I have had very good experience with them. I have taken out loans from them several times. As a member one can take out at least three times your savings. . The terms are so good and cannot be compared with normal banking. Very easy to assess. Prompt in service. Money can be in your account within 2working days if documentation are well done.. customer service is excellent, communication excellent etc Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
