Started using acorn community bank in 2025 March ahead of our holiday. As most, money is tight at the best of times but being able to borrow £500 with no worries on how we are going to pay the funds back, as this is deducted automatically from our child benefit payments. We were able to give our son the best holiday ever with no financial burden or extra monthly payouts. We took our second loan out in November just before Christmas which allowed us to treat him to additional gifts with no financial strain! Reviewed on: 2nd June 2026

Always there to help!

In the past few years, whenever something unexpected happened, they always been there to help.Their customers service is brilliant, those ladies always go the extra mile to make sure everything is going well. Last time she called me at least 3 or 4 times just to double check some information, to make sure I won't loose my claim. They are always kind and trying their best to help.
