Always offers great customer service and reassurance.

Always offers great customer service and reassurance. When I ask for support I am assisted promptly and reassured that my request can be honoured. This has given me peace of mind. I needed funds to help prepare for my daughter when she started secondary school and each year - she is now about to write her A Levels. I have relied on the additional loans from Acorn during this period. With their support we will soon see her progress to University. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

Amazing company and couldn’t fault them

My experience has been amazing. I’ve been using Acorn bank for a few year now. Sometime can be a little confusing but I always receive the information really quickly and the moneys paid out the following day sometimes the same day. It’s amazing when your struggling thought the year. It’s also fantastic as my child benefit pays my loans and therefore I never end up in debt or worrying about making payments on time.
