Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy to use Insurance Company

One of the few insurance companies where nothing is too much hassle. Approachable staff members who are able to help and also answer queries. Have renewed my car insurance for a few years with Admiral as everything is just easy, when general life is sometimes hard enough. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Best for spoon feeding!

Admiral makes things so easy, that all I have to do is the bare minimum. It’s consistently the cheapest when I do comparisons and I never have to worry about renewing or that I’ll miss a payment or do lots of admin setting things up. They do as much as they can for you, which gives me less to worry about. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Reliable, communicative and available.

Admiral have been a fresh air - a company who actually looks after and communicates with its customers! I find extremely satisfying how clear they are and am certain that they would be again should tragedy arise!
