Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Th best UK car insurance company

It might be a bit more expensive than the other car insurance companies but believe me you don't want to deal with any of them in case of an accident. When you're having a hard time, you need your insurance company to be reassuring rather than a pain on top! Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Easy and well priced

Admiral offers a really easy service to organise car insurance. You can organise most features all by yourself online without having to ring up. Which is extremely easy and convenient. Also, it is well priced in comparison to other insurance providers. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Fast and high quality service

Admiral has been a perfect insurance company. I'm with them for car insurance currently but if decide to cover other assets I would definitely continue forward with admiral. In my personal expierence admiral had always provided extremely quick service, for example when something is wrong with the app, once reported is fixed quickly. When I needed to change cars on my insurance the process was a 5 min call which is the fastest service I have received with anyone I've been with. I've never had any issues with the app and any issues were solved over the phone with little to none waiting time on the phone. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
