Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Quick, easy and good for money

I've been with Admiral for the past 3 years now. Offering the best coverage for the best price. Everything is accessible online and even speaking to someone, it's quick and helpful. They send newsletters via email, with updates and offers. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Excellent fair prices

Admiral have been the best price for vale insurance 9/10 although thankfully I have not had to claim I would recommend them to a friend. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Best for customer service

I was with Admiral, moved to a different insurance company and then returned to Admiral. Their customer service beats all other car insurance providers that I've dealt with previously. I had a new windscreen and bonnet repair after a foreign object appeared to come off a lorry traveling on the opposite side of the road and hit my car. I could not fault them. They were honest when I came to leave them looking for cheapest option. The following year I went back to them despite them not being the cheapest they are not the dearest either and with such good customer service I thought it was worth the extra few pounds. Brilliant man insurance with beautiful customer service

Brilliant Insurance provider
