Admiral provide third party car insurance policies and four levels of comprehensive cover – Admiral Essential, Admiral, Admiral Gold and Admiral Platinum.

Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Stuck with Admiral for many years. Clearly need to keep on top of pricing increases but that’s the same everywhere. Online system is reasonably decent. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great customer service and best quotes!

Admiral were by far the cheapest quote for comprehensive insurance. When it came up to my renewal time, I did comparison quotes for others then called admiral. They beat all others by far and were really friendly and helpful by phone. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Took out Admiral car insurance after they were competitive with a good quote on comparison site. Had a light contact no blame came and it was delt with by a second party company that arranged courtesy repair shop and reliving collections/ pickups. Made stress free.
