Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great value and great service!

Great service

Car insurance

I have renewed with admiral for the second year. I have been sick of companies giving you a renewal price higher then the rest of the market but that did not happen with Admiral. They were not only competitive with other companies prices but also beat them. There renewal process was so easy and rolled straight over with the click of a button so for that reason i would recommend Admiral to friends and family. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
