Excellent Provider

We have been with admiral for many years, with a one year break with mother provider, we quickly decided that we would go back to Admiral again the following year and have been since. Smooth onboarding and awesome customer portal

I switch provider to Admiral and it was a very smooth process. Less hassle than I expected even with my tracking box fiting. I have found the customer web portal very easy to use, I was surprised that I could login to my customer portal before my start date. It allowed me see all important documents and my start date. Overall great - app needs improvement

Insurance has been great, easy to buy and understand with clear terms - the app is useful but often has technical difficulties and won’t allow me to review my black box scores and feedback. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Multi car

Perfect for multi car households where you share the cars. We also had some European cover included so didn’t need to pay extra when on holiday in France. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great value and helpful staff

First time I’ve had a renewal through that’s cheaper than anything else I can get online and cheaper than the previous year, easy to get through on the phones and staff have been very friendly. Will be staying as a customer for the foreseeable thanks ! Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great insurance provider

The best car insurance provider I have been with, the process was so simple, the app is so easy to use and the online chat have been so helpful everytime I’ve had to use it to make amendments to my cover. Making amendments to my cover, like adding a driver on for example, was very quick and easy - I received a quote immediately after answering a couple of questions and within 24 hours the added driver was on the policy.
