Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral always try there best to give you the best price

We’ve had a multi car policy with Admiral for a few years now. We recently received our renewal quote, which I rang & spoke to them about. They reviewed all the cars current details & managed to save me quite a few pounds! Very impressed with the service & time taken to look after existing customers. Not pushy

Care about the customer
