Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great value car insurance with customer service to match

Admiral car insurance delivers exactly what is advertised with the bonus of excellent customer service. I had to change my policy a couple of times due a change in drivers. The Admiral team were extremely helpful, understood what I needed and did their best to make sure their best priced policy covered exactly what was needed with no hidden extras. Great prices
