Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very straight forward easy going company

Setting up my insurance with admiral was overall very quick and easy and completely stress free I’ve been with them for around 2 and a half years now and never experienced any problems. And I am always receiving emails with customer perks. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Excellent service, no fuss

I have used Admiral for the past 3 years moving from my previous longstanding insurer as I needed greater flexibility adding/removing named drivers (a houseful of students/young adults).
