Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Opt year after year

Overal great to customers

Customer service is also so helpful when it comes to renew. I’ve luckily not used my insurance. However when I renew I can always rely on admiral to do best by me. The reward of £25 during lockdown was also another way to show appreciation to their customers. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Competitive quotes and hassle free claims

As someone who compares quotes every year to get the best deal, I have been surprised at how consistently competitive Admiral have been over the last 5 years, both for new and renewal quotes. Having been unfortunate enough to have been involved in an accident, I was equally surprised at how hassle free the whole claim was with Admiral, from first report to courtesy car to getting my repaired vehicle returned.
