Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Simple effective and no stress

I’ve used them for a decade for me my partner and my son and changed cars etc never been a problem always good customer service. And when the worst did happen it was resolved within 4 weeks money back and car fixed etc. cracking service. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Great service and great prices.

Best car insurance for me
