Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Hassle free insurance

Effortless way to do car insurance. Easy to use website where changes can be made easily and cheaper than ringing up. Speaking to a human is easy as well, I've never had problems getting through. Competitive prices and will match renewal quotes. Loyalty has become a thing if the past but not with Admiral they still value your custom. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
