Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Honest Company

I have had car insurance with Admiral for years, they never rip you off on renewal policies and sometimes quote even less, and I feel safe in the knowledge that I am well covered. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Outstanding

I’ve been with admiral for many years, the company has provided excellent car insurance over the last 6 years, admiral insurance is the best insurance provider for multi car policies too, made very easy to view our policy online and make easy changes online and over the phone.
