Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Reliable customer service and good deals

We’ve insured our cars through the multi-cover policy and it saved us a significant amount. Everyone in the customer service desk we’ve come accross has been knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Easy communication and decent renewal prices

I’ve never had an issue getting a hold of a customer service rep. I’ve not had any major issues with my car while being with them if I’m honest but even at the renewal stage they are always willing to match any better price I’ve found in order to keep me. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
