Admiral - Efficiency No1 !!!

Insurance is never fun but Admiral have always been a pleasure to deal with. I’ve had a dual car policy and single car policy with them, discussed non fault claims and various other things. They answer calls, reply to any issue and make whatever service required easy as possible. Genuinely enthusiastic and supportive staff. If only all insurance companies were this efficient. Having insured through Admiral for many years I find them great value and a straightforward company to deal with. Being automatically offered a refund for reduced vehicle use during Covid was completely unexpected and was an indication of trustworthiness and customer care.
