Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Customer Service and value for money

Excellent service

The reason that i am voting for Admiral is that, whenever my renewal is due i always compare prices with other companies. And when i speak to Admiral they always match or beat what has been offered. Also last year when we had the pandemic they got in contact and offered a small refund because we were in lockdown, and wasn`t doing much mileage, which was a nice gesture at the time. Friendly, efficient and good value
