Simplicity itself.

I have brought my business to Admiral after being with my previous insurers for many years. Having received my latest renewal paperwork I was encouraged to look around for a more favourable figure! Admiral was one of the Insurers I requested a quotation from and accepted as a result of a, Pleasant, Efficient & Knowledgeable conversation with one of their colleagues. Efficient car insurance provider

I have switched my car insurance provider to Admiral 6 months ago when my car insurance was due to end and the process was very easy. They gave me the cheapest quote compared to other providers and took into account my previous driving where I had been using a telematics system. It also allowed me to add on other drivers to my policy which was helpful. I am enjoying the monthly newsletters and will be sure to stick with Admiral for the future :) Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

Great value and great service

Maybe not the absolute cheapest provider but Admiral provides great customer service. Policy benefits are great and you can always get through to a UK service agent. Changes to my policy were handled quickly and clearly explained. Recommended! Reviewed on: 14th September 2021

Very good value and excellent service

Every year when my policy, multi car until just this year, I run through the comparison websites and challenge Admiral to price match the cheapest comparable company. For the last 7 years they have done just that. I am keen to stay with Admiral if the price is right due to one simple event. My wife's car was in for repairs and, under the policy, should have had a loan car. The repair company simply stated they had no cars available for the 4 days repairs would take. I called Admiral from work and asked if this was standard. The callhandler asked where i was working, if I needed the loan car delivered to me and when did I finish work. In just over an hour a loan car was delivered by transporter with the same callhandler co-ordinating my collection. This has stuck with me for the last 5 years.
