Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

simple, straight forward, value for money

All communication from Admiral has been good, multicar policy very easy to sort, happily renewed as price actually lowered , first renewal in about 20 yeas that seems to have gone down!. like the newsletter too, quiet informative. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021

Always on hand to help

I have been with Admiral for many years, with a gap (briefly) when I swapped to another provider. What I soon realised was that I wasn't getting the same customer care and instantly (as soon as I could) came back to Admiral. Good products, good services and staff that are always happy to help.
