Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Competitive Prices

Admiral is very competitive when it came to my renewing a car insurance policy. Staff are intelligent, pleasant and patient, taking time talk through requirements required by the policyholder. Reviewed on: 13th September 2021

Easy to set up and easy to change details

Been an admiral customer for over a year now and it has been the best car insurance provider I have had so far. Fortunately I have not been in a position where I've needed to use it but knowing that it is there with the protection it offers is good. It was super simple to set up and if you need to change your details at all then that is simple as well. However you do need to pay a fee. As I am a young driver still the cover is quite expensive but it's more than affordable than other companies that sometimes ask for your life savings! Reviewed on: 13th September 2021

Great Customer service

Great experience

I don’t yet have experience of making a claim but in other ways I have experienced admiral being a great provider. They are always competitive offering to match and beat other quotes at renewal, they offer multiple ways to contact and their staff are friendly. During the pandemic they offered refunds and made it easy to receive refunds when I wasn’t using my car. Changing details of cars is easy and the customer service is great. A best and cheapest insurance quote

I am with Admiral for the last 2 years. In the sea of so many insurers, the best helper is an Admiral who can rescue you to the best cheapest deal to land you in, on a secure place, with peace of mind.
