Admiral provide third party car insurance policies and four levels of comprehensive cover – Admiral Essential, Admiral, Admiral Gold and Admiral Platinum.

Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great value insurance

The app is amazing, tells you everything you need to know, they are always happy to help on the phone and everything is very easy to set up. I have not had to make a claim but I’m confident that if I do need to they will make it as easy as possible for me to do so. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

Customer focus

Admiral are always one of the cheapest mainstream insurance companies when it comes to car renewals, but last year they were the first off the block last year to give a refund due to the Covid-19 restrictions reducing car use. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
