Efficient and effective

Good service

Good service when you call and normally answered very quickly without being put on hold. Staff are very knowledgeable. Costs do add up pretty quick when making changes due to the admin charges but it's cheaper if you can do the change online Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

Helpful, friendly and efficient

We have used Admiral for car insurance for a few years and whenever I need to contact them, for example to change our details or renew, they have always been helpful, friendly and efficient. Well thought out insurer

It is my first time that I've insured my vehicle with them and if the price stated reasonable then I'll probably stay with them. I like the news letters and I'm looking at getting an additional vehicle so multi cover would be excellent for me. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
