Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Less money to pay for car insurance.

I love admiral a lot for a lot of reasons, some of them is that they genuinely care about their customers, this was vividly seen during the covid 19 pandemic, I got some money from what I have been paying. Value for money

Easy to navigate good value for money

Very happy customer

I searched the internet for the cheapest option for my car insurance and I found Admiral. I thought it wouldn´t have great customer service because of the cheap price but when it came down to it and my car broke down (twice), the support was good and quick and I had my car towed back to the garage for repairs without any extra charge.
