Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Value for money

Good Company

Excellent company to deal with after an accident involving your vehicle. Waited just over an hour between calling them and my car being towed from the road side, on Christmas Eve no less! As it was the holiday period they did tell me a decision might not be made until after the new years which was very understandable and I appreciated the prior warning. Once the offices were back up and running everything was dealt with and processed very quickly and everything was explained to me in such good detail every step of the way. Great for young, new drivers

I used Admiral's VEYGO app to get extra driving time in with my family prior to passing my test which really accelerated my time to passing my test. After that it was an easy choice to go with Admiral who are a well recognised brand (seen their adverts on TV) and they had the most competitive quote.
