Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral run a real fun ship

I was able to insure two cars for the price of one!!!!

I already had a car but bought a second so my teenager daughter who’s a learning to drive could occasionally use to practice and hopefully one day if she passes her test I will gift. Admiral gave me an initial quote for this car at a competitive price and then for a small fee would take over my other car insurance when it came to an end. I didn’t know you could do this. I have since renewed my policy for both cars and stayed with Admiral, normally I shop around and change each year, this year I was happy to stay. I just hope it doesn’t rocket if daughter passes that test, which keeps getting cancelled due to COVID-19!!!!!! The pay back earlier during lockdown was a great surprise and really Admirable in these challenging times, I guess that’s why you’re called Admiral :) Reviewed on: 8th August 2020

Excellent service, great price

Firstly I would like to say Admirals customer service is brilliant, quick and easy to get threw. And fast to deal with any issues. There prices are competitive and certainly cheaper than most, I dont have a bad thing to say and will be renewing for the foreseeable future. They look after there customers and lots of benefits. Easy and friendly

Effortless and go value

Insurance that does not stitch you up. When someone was trying to make a claim against me I found that admiral were good to deal with and the claim was rejected. Although it was a little frustrating in the length of time it took to resolve, due to the other insurance company, it all worked well in the end. Reviewed on: 8th August 2020
