Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great company, with my auto renewal beat other quotes

I spent forever looking for a cheaper quote online when my car was due for renewal even though it was a auto renewal Admiral was far cheaper than all of them! They even gave me £25 per policy back because of covid 19. After over 30 years of motoring this has been the best insurance company so far. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Amazing Insurance Company

I have been with Admiral since I began driving and feel safe and secure being insured by them. I get the best quality cover at an affordable prices that decreases each year! Great company

have been with Admiral for years now, had to put a claim in for Accidental damage to the house and they helped all the way through. I also have my 2 cars insured and got £25 back for each of them through the COVID crisis. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
