Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

All you want from a customer orientated company.

Excellent premium renewal for car and home even though it had to be negotiated on the phone. My adviser was excellent being professional and efficient coupled with a great personality. She wasn’t prepared to lose a long standing customer. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral always seem to be the winner on all of the comparison sites for getting the best coverage

Honest and fair

A truly wonderful experience as a customer, I have been with a few insurance policies since I began driving in 2015, some were of a lower tier and some in the same league as admiral. I find Admiral to be the most fairly priced and honest insurer. Easy to apply and quick response from customer services when help is needed. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Competative price

Renewed my car insurance online with Admiral as premium was very good value for money and the application process easy and straight forward; costs of all extras clear; i like the fact that this a well known brand that has a good reputation to maintain so hopefully no unhelpful surprises!
