Over the past few years my family has taken out policies for cover on cars and houses. Although we have chopped and changed requirements quite frequently we have always met with wonderful patience, helpfulness, satisfactory solutions and financially beneficial outcomes from Admiral staff. When looking for insurance for my first car I got into a pickle with online quotes which varied wildly and eventually was almost double my original estimate. Called Admiral and a lovely woman sorted it all out, found me an affordable rate, and during the pandemic the £25 refund was a lovely gesture. I've luckily not had to claim but I'm happy with the Rewards benefits, the breakdown cover for peace of mind and being able to see my account online. I have never had an issue with Admiral. Great on price compared to other insurance retailers. Been with Admiral for a few years and always the better option. Account has easy access and easy to work out and contains all policy documents. The online account made my switching motor vehicles run smoothly and still the better price for fully comprehensive insurance. Also nice to be rewarded real money during covid lockdown! Helpful, responsive and hassle free

I have had my insurance with admiral for the last 3 years now and have never had any issues when its come to needing roadside assistance. This has been for flat tyres and they have always been helpful when I've contacted them. In addition the timeframes provided for callout were accurate and quick. The whole process was hassle free. I don't have any complaints about the service or cover I received. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
