Very good at communication and interest in us as clients. I haven’t had to claim on my insurance with them but all other areas of my involvement have been great eg annual renewals, policy admin etc. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Surprise cashback

Admiral's efficient and courteous handling of a recent claim was topped only by them sending me a glorious bouquet to thank me for receiving without complaint the disappointing news (on a Friday afternoon) that they had been unable to get the other party to accept any responsibility for what was, in reality, a 50/50 incident.
