Admiral is awesome

At the start of lockdown i was able to re -new my Policy. As a key worker support was given to keep me on the road if needed ie a courtesy car and received £25 back in lockdown re less insurance claims.. 5 star service Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Reliable, responsive and rewarding

Admiral were great with helping me through a claim process. Their website is easy to use and it is easy to get in contact with their employees. During lockdown they rewarded customers with money back showing that they care. Great service! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Phenomenal service

The last few months have been tough on everyone. I myself am a key worker and it has been gruelling but we all do what we need to to keep going. I work about 45 minutes drive from home so my car is essential. I was mightily impressed when Admiral gave everyone of their customers a £25 refund as they’d had lees claims during lockdown - they could’ve easily just absorbed their profits. Further to that, after 16 hour shift, I was driving home and a stone hit my windscreen immediately causing a large crack. I claimed on my insurance, paying the excess, to replace the windscreen (which was super easy and all took about 10 minutes online). Only a couple of days after this, I received an email From Admiral stating that due to my key worker status, they were going to refund the excess in full! This didn’t involve any paperwork or phone calls on my part, a check just appeared in the post a few days later! That’s how to look after your customers! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Quality Cover for an affordable price

I have been with Admiral for many years - insuring 3 cars and my home. Each year Admiral review my policy to ensure I get the best price without compromising the quality of cover. The whole time I have been with Admiral they have remained competitive and have had the edge on their competitors. All operators I have dealt with have been very pleasant and extremely helpful.
