Good Service, Friendly Staff

Been a customer for seven years with multi car and now home insurance. Every contact has been dealt with without any real issues. Premiums have remained competitive. So far happy with the service and products. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Not just clapping

Admiral support of care workers with offering to help if there was an accident went further than was expected. Also giving back cash as there had been less accidents was gesture that was a cut above other companies. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Top insurance company who care

I've been with admiral for years now because they are a fair, understanding, caring company who go the extra mile for customers new and old. When I was involved in an RTA they where quick to organise everything I would need to recover and help with the insurance claim afterwards. Everything was in plain English and easy to understand. Best Insurance Provider

I have been with Admiral near 3 years now and I have NEVER had a single issue with them. They have helped me out with adding on drivers and have always given me the best deal and have always been the most competitive. All agents I have dealt with have always been polite and helpful and a pleasure to speak with. Will definitely stay at renewal! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great company

Took out an Admiral policy in March as it offered the cover I needed at a fair price. All went well and process was easy. Then Covid 19 lockdown happened and shortly after I received an email from Admiral saying I, along with all Admiral policyholders, was being given a £25 refund due to less cars on the road and fewer claims! What a fantastic gesture! I haven't heard of any other insurance company doing the same or similar, so all credit to Admiral! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Efficient and competive on price

I have been with Admiral car insurance for 3 years and we have all 3 cars insured with them. They are competively priced, have an easy to use website and online account and I have always found them extremely friendly and helpful. If you aren't with Admiral - you need to visit their site/speak to them as I doubt you will find a better insurance company. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
