Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent service

An easy and stress free experience

Every year when my insurance is due,in fact a month prior I receive email and letter advising me my insurance is due I then can either renew or perhaps negotiate a better deal.I find whoever l speak to on phone are well mannered and very helpful would recommend any time Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy to use, best deals in comparison to others...

By far the cheapest Car Insurance quote I received compared to other companies. This is taking into consideration that I am a relatively new driver. Amazing quote and efficient customer service. Was kept updated amidst the Covid 19 pandemic. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best Multicar Policy Provider
