Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent service & I feel they value me as a customer

I've tried a few different insurers & they always try & sell me more than I need & then make excuses why they cant do this or that. But with admiral, I told them what I wanted & how I use my car & they found me a plan I liked & could agree with & not once did they try & sell me something I didn't need. Also, the black box they offer for drivers really does help reduce your insurance. I can't fault them at all. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best insurance company by far!!

I had been with a previous insurer since I started to drive back in 2016, this year I switched over to Admiral and I am blown away! They are way cheaper and have a rewards programme which I love and use daily to help pay towards my policy next year which I think is great. I couldn’t recommend Admiral enough! Easy to deal with house and car insurance and trustworthy

Been with Direct Line for many years and great to bring all premiums under one roof and well priced for House and Multicar insurance for 4 drivers in the house. Been fantastic to deal with and nothing is a trouble. Even paid out a claim on wifes ring which got stolen from Barcelona in our Hotel room whilst we were in the room. Dont waist your time with comparison sites. If you want car insurance 2 or more cars and house that can be set for one date then this is the company to go with. Hassle Free Motoring

After many years of claim-free motoring, I was unfortunately in a position where I needed to use my insurance following a car park prang. Admiral were very helpful and took care of everything for me. I also find them to be competitively priced especially when purchasing a multi-car policy and home insurance, as I have. Very efficient claim procedure

Believe Admiral are there for their customers.

I was impressed to receive a rebate when I was not using my car in Lockdown. As I was sheilding the advice on how to care for my car when I was not out on the road was extremely helpful. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
