Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very Good Customer Service

I am fairly new to admiral insurance just over 12 months, what impressed me was without contacting them they issued each customer with a £25 off their monthly insurance payment during the COVID pandemic, which was greatly appreciated that they recognised customers were using their vehicles less. Good Company

Admiral provide multi car insurance, every year they provide the most competitive quote with the best value add. We also insure our pet dog with Admiral and receive a very welcome customer loyalty discount. A recent `no fault` accident was dealt with by cognizant Admiral staff from start to finish, very professional and polished performance. Admiral car insurance

Admiral car insurance is a very reasonable price and you get alot of extra additions to your policy, yes you can possibly get insurance with another insurer for the same cost but you will have to pay for the extras which will bump the price up. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Pretty good

Renewals always come in too expensive but are then reduced on query. Also now charging every time you need a change - but if a pain when I changed cars and there was a cherished transfer involved. But other than that they have been great for years. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
