Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Efficient and responsive

Have been an Admiral customer for years. Not the cheapest but by far from excessive and when I sadly had a no fault accident, they were brilliant. Great online system but equally never on hold for long on the phone. Need to be clearer about costs when discussing multi car whereby one person may get a “short period” of cover while aligning with another policy - multi car isn’t always cheaper. Very professional advisors

I have been an Admiral customer for 6 years. I find their prices are competitive and the advisors are always courteous and professional. I greatly appreciated getting money back during the lockdown and as I have a multi car policy I received £50. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Competitive rates & good service.

I was impressed with the care given in refunds given in the COVID-19 lockdown due to lack of car use, and in general comes up trumps on each renewal date so as long as you stay competitive I will always stay with admiral, thank you for your past care. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
