Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

First company to pay back

Always helpful and always friendly

Moved to Admiral after a bad experience with MoreThan who weren’t interested in the fact that although we specified that we wanted a policy with foreign use cover, they did not provide this and we only found out at renewal after 5 trips of varying lengths. Admiral not only provided this cover but beat the renewal quote and then saved us even more with a multi car policy. Changing cars on cover is no problem and dealt with quickly & easily.
