Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good value

Having shopped around Admiral offered the best price by far with the exact cover that was needed. No ‘hidden extras’ and no added extras to pay for. Received money back during lockdown which was very nice and unexpected. Basically an insurance company that you don’t need to worry about with friendly advisors who are there to help without being pushy! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great service

I have been with Admiral for a number of years and they always give great prices and fab customer service. They recently refunded money to us due to the COVID-19 pandemic affecting the way we use our vehicles. I could not recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
