Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Cheapest and great service

Great customer service

Very Fair priced company.

Very helpful, quick and easy To fill forms. Had to change my car details for a new car I had and they sorted it out for me quickly, I usually change insurance for my car every year, didn’t do it this year as admiral was still the best quote and cover I needed. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great service for a great price!

I have just started my 2nd year with Admiral and it is the first time I have stayed with an insurance company after the first year. Super impressed with their service and how easy it is manage your policy online so saves time having to wait on the phone. And even my renewal price is similar to the lowest prices I could find on comparison sites. But I was willing to pay a little extra to stick with Admiral rather than change companies to get a slightly lower price. That's a sign of a great company Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Loving the Best... Admiral

Great service, not at all pushy , always want the best for their customers. I was thinking about leaving for a cheaper quote, I called admiral and told them I was thinking of leaving , they were so helpful and not at all judgemental re my enquiry or wish to possibly leave them. Spoke to a lovely advisor who helped me so much I decided to stay and definitely won’t be leaving anytime soon. I would highly recommend for service and reliability.
