Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy to use website

Whilst changing lease cars over lockdown, it was really easy and hassle free to be able to change my policy online via the Admiral website. I even got a rebate as the car I swapped to was cheaper than what I’d previously paid. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

May cost a little more, but so worth it!

I've had cheaper quotes, admittedly not by much, but I chose Admiral as I trust they have my interests at heart. Their response and service during Covid was exceptional, including a refund that was unexpected and so appreciated. I will be an Admiral customer for a long time to come.
