Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

They put the customers first

Value

Nice 1 month free for my insurance as with others due to COVID-19, not many places have done this and it was really unexpected but welcome. Makes me want to stay with a company who values existing and not just new customers. Solid 10/10. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great 1st insurer
