Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Always been good to me.

I have used aviva and 2 other insurance company’s but I have stuck who these guys as they have always been good to me and I find there website easy to understand. And easy to find my documents and make changes. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Amazing service and wonderfully helpful staff

Would go anywhere else, had the renewal For 4 cars, like many others I did some comparisons no one could match Admiral, and when I updated some personal information the priced dropped by nearly £150, the staff on the phone are so helpful and never mind me asking lots of questions etc. Thanks you Admiral. Simply the best
