Fantastic and Extremely Helpful

I have been with admiral for three years. There contact help line and online website is very easy and helpful. Admiral give you the best offers. During COVID, they have been extremely supportive and even gave back all there customers a considerable sum. Very pleased

ALWAYS WILLING TO GO THE "EXTRA MILE!"

Being a first time driver and under the age of 25, I did not expect my first quote to be cheap however Admiral was the one representative that drew me the most. I spoke to many different representatives and although there were a few cheaper policies I could have gone for, I was "customer-driven" by Admiral due to their exceptional customer service. After my first year being represented by admiral, my policy renewal dropped significantly which made me realise I made the correct choice! Extremely friendly and helpful staff and always take the time to go the "extra mile" with any enquiries I have. There is no doubt I will be renewing my policy with Admiral for a 3rd year. Supremely smooth vehicle change!

I recently made a necessary vehicle change, in preparation for the forthcoming ULEZ extension in London next year. Admiral were able to make an online provision, giving a new quotation and ability to accept and change the policy on a specified date for the covered vehicle.
