Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Service plus

I moved from Australia to England to look after my mum and was seriously ripped off by a car insurance company. A friend recommended Admiral and saved me thousands. When my son visited Admiral added him to my policy for a tiny amount. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Fantastic service for years running

Reliable honest

Admiral have been great I’m a new driver and my premium has been at a reasonable rate and reduced yearly they offer friendly and understandingly advice on my needs and don’t try and sell me something I don’t need.
