An insurance company on your side

I’ll tell you three things. 1. Giving some cash back during lockdown was generous, forward thinking and has earnt my loyalty. 2. My mum is terminal and isn’t allowed to drive anymore. I spoke with Mr Harsh Bhutani. He removed mum from dads policy and added me. No charge. 3. Always friendly, nice interested people when I call. We are quick to criticise and slow to praise as a society. I think Admiral are exceptional. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent and friendly service

Professional and empathetic. Swift process on renewal, but when I made a claim after years of being claim-free they went the extra mile and arranged the repair really quickly (even during the pandemic) and the repair was high quality. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
